4. Start a Project submissions
Submitting the Start a Project form does not create a contract. Babelware may request more information, decline a project, propose a discovery/scoping stage, or provide an estimate or proposal. A project only becomes binding when the parties enter into the relevant written agreement.
5. Intellectual property in this website
Unless otherwise stated, Babelware or its licensors own the intellectual property in the website design, copy, branding, graphics, software/code made available as part of the website, demonstration materials, and original content.
